Directions: From the campground at Minneopa State Park, take Mill Road (usually open 9 AM to 8 PM) through the Bison Enclosure. Do not leave the protection of your car while in the Enclosure! As the Drive exits the enclosure, continue up the hill to the Seppman Mill. Park car and walk the trail to the overlook 50 yards east of the stone mill.
